Forever Lineage is a private, fan-run game server based on Lineage 2. The Services include this website (registration, game client downloads, and information) and the game server. - You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services.
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your password or account with anyone.
Data we store: Website authentication (including passwords) is handled by Clerk; we do not store your website password. We do store your game account data in our own database (for example: game login credentials, character data, and link to your website account). This data is necessary to run the game server and is used as described in our Privacy section.
4. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, bots, or any third-party tools that give an unfair advantage.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other players or staff.
- Spread false information or use the Services for anything illegal.
- Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. We are not required to refund donations or subscriptions in such cases.
5. Donations and Subscriptions
- Donations and subscriptions are optional and help support the server. They do not grant ownership of the Services or any guarantee beyond what is clearly described at the time of purchase.
- We use donation and subscription funds to operate and improve the server. There is no guarantee of specific features, uptime, or longevity.
- Refunds (if we offer them) will be described on the donation/subscription page. We are not obligated to refund after in-game benefits have been used or after a reasonable period.
6. Intellectual Property
Lineage 2 and related names and assets belong to their respective owners. This project is not affiliated with and not endorsed by them. Our own content (scripts, configs, website) remains ours; you may not copy, reuse, or redistribute it without our permission.
7. Privacy
We collect and use account and usage data (such as email, login history, and game account data stored in our database) as necessary to run the Services. We do not sell your data. By using the Services you consent to this use. For more detail, see the website or contact us.
8. “As Is” Service
The Services are provided as is. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for loss of progress, items, or data due to technical issues, server changes, or shutdown.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breaking these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Terms that by their nature should continue (such as liability and intellectual property) will survive after termination.
